Peter W Cuthbert, MILI
Peter Cuthbert is an Irish horticulturalist and planting designer who has worked closely with the All-Ireland Pollinator Plan and the National Biodiversity Data Centre on pollinator-friendly landscaping projects.
He is particularly known for advising on pollinator-friendly planting schemes for councils and public spaces; designing and promoting bee-friendly roundabouts, bedding displays and urban planting; contributing technical guidance for the All-Ireland Pollinator Plan; and supporting biodiversity and community horticulture initiatives around Ireland.
As part of the Pollinator Plan he has been involved in pollinator-friendly planting schemes providing technical advice on projects.
He has also written technical articles for the Pollinator Plan, such as:
“Designing a pollinator-friendly roundabout” and “Summer bedding for people and pollinators”.
