The International Garden Festival, is held each year in Chaumont-sur-Loire, in the Loire Valley, France.

Created in 1992, the Festival has become an internationally recognised event for contemporary garden and landscape creation. Each edition brings together selected landscape architects, garden designers, architects, artists and multidisciplinary teams, whose temporary gardens are presented to the public throughout the season.

The competition is now open for the next edition, on the theme “Gardens of Love”. This call may be of particular interest to your members, professional network, schools and young designers in Ireland.

We would be very pleased to receive new applications from Irish teams for this edition.

The submission deadline is 3 November 2026, 11:59 p.m. UTC+1.
