BARCELONA, August 2025 – After a rigorous evaluation process, our distinguished International Jury has selected 8 exceptional finalists for the Rosa Barba Casanovas International Landscape Prize 2025. The finalists represent the very best in contemporary landscape architecture practice and are now officially published on our dedicated finalists page.

These outstanding projects, chosen from submissions worldwide, showcase innovative approaches to landscape design and planning, demonstrating excellence in projects created from 2019 to 2024.
About the Prize
The Rosa Barba Casanovas International Landscape Prize, integrated into the 13th Barcelona International Biennial of Landscape Architecture, will take place in Barcelona from November 17-21, 2025. This prestigious prize, supported by the Banc Sabadell Foundation, recognises excellence in landscape and planning projects created around the globe.
The Prize
Prize Amount: €15,000
Winner Selection: Only one project will be awarded the Rosa Barba Prize by an independent and prestigious international Jury.
Presentation: The winner will be announced during the symposium on November 21st, 2025
What's Next
Finalist Presentations: All finalists will present their projects during the symposium, offering the international landscape architecture community an opportunity to engage with cutting-edge work and innovative approaches to landscape design and planning.
Publication and Exhibition: All projects selected by the International Jury will be:
