Join Us for Our Heritage, Biodiversity & Climate Open Day 2025
Friday, August 22nd | 12-7pm | Esker Arts Centre, High Street, Tullamore, Co. Offaly
As custodians of Ireland's inland waterways, we invite you to come along and meet some of our Heritage, Climate and Archive team and find out about the work we do. This Open Day is your opportunity to see firsthand examples of the projects we are working on that protect and enhance our waterways heritage, support biodiversity and address climate challenges.
What to Expect: Browse through displays showcasing our Heritage & Biodiversity Plan and Climate Action Plan deliverables. Explore digital resources and publications, catch informative presentations and enjoy our "Stories from the Waterways" film showcase.
Get creative with our artist-led workshop, perfect for all ages. Want to chat one-to-one? Book a 15-minute session with our CEO John McDonagh to discuss anything waterways-related that's on your mind. https://doodle.com/sign-up-sheet/participate/f6f269b5-9706-4769-93eb-0c3e1af16f27/select
